Characterisation of anti-CHGA recombinant antibodies

CHGA (Chromogranin A) is a protein secreted by neuroendocrine cells. The internal histology workshop at INRAE in St Gilles has identified one recombinant antibody that recognises CHGA in pigs, mice and rats.

The internal histology laboratory at St Gilles tested two recombinant anti-CHGA antibodies on pig, mouse and rat tissue.
- One antibody (Ab283265) was validated in all three species,
- the other (CST 36468) did not produce a signal under the conditions tested.
